DLA: How long has Bank of the West had a Downtown branch location?
Jensen: Bank of the West has been part of the downtown market since 2005.  Currently, we reside on the first floor of the Lincoln Flats Building.

DLA: What do the employees enjoy about being Downtown?
Jensen: Employees enjoy the downtown market because of the diverse and pleasant atmosphere.  There is never a worry about where they can grab a cup of coffee or a bite to eat since there are a wide variety of shops and restaurants.  Downtown organizations also enable employees of our bank to network with others who work in the market.

DLA: What services do you offer?
Jensen: Bank of the West is full service commercial bank offering a wide array of personal and business banking products and services.  Our personal banking products and services include: checking and savings accounts, certificates of deposit, individual retirement accounts, safe deposit boxes, online and mobile banking, personal unsecured loans, home equity loans and lines of credit, first mortgage loans, and wealth management, investments and insurance services.  Our products and services for businesses include: business checking and savings accounts, cash management services, business and agriculture loans and lines of credit, merchant card services, payroll services, commercial credit card solutions, equipment leasing, foreign exchange, capital markets, and wealth management.

DLA: What can people expect when they enter the bank?
Jensen: People can expect to receive exceptional service and the warm atmosphere of a hometown bank.  They can also take comfort in the financial strength and soundness and access to the wide range of products and services of a much larger bank.  We pride ourselves on the fact that we get to know all our customers by name.  Our customers mean much more to us than a transaction or an account number.
