Krueger Development is continuing to expand its focus primarily in South Lincoln. Just south of Pine Lake and 14th Street they are bringing a newer concept to the community with an innovative three-story mixed-use building with underground parking. The building to be named The Suites @ 15th, currently under construction, has over 14,400 square feet of commercial space on the first floor and 40 one-bedroom apartment residences on the second and third floors. The underground parking adds convenience, security, and protection from the ever-changing Nebraska weather.
Under the leadership of Project Supervisor Jeremy Daniel, the Krueger Development team is excited to work on such a project; the first of its kind for the developer. This structure will allow for a residential tenant to take a quick trip to the first floor to get a cup of coffee or haircut without ever having to get in the car.

President of Krueger Development, Rick Krueger, hopes that this building design can continue to be used throughout South Lincoln in areas of future development. Not only is it innovative in residential and commercial design, but structural design. To eliminate noise that could be carried between the commercial and residential floors or from the underground parking to the commercial floor, the first floor is sandwiched above and below between precast hollow core panels. The floor design of the commercial space is also highly flexible with easily mobile exterior wall panels. If a potential tenant wants to move a wall from here to there or add a window along 14th street, Krueger Development can make it happen.
The Suites @ 15th residential and commercial spaces are projected to open this fall.
