University of Nebraska State Museum Exhibit Ribbon Cutting

The University of Nebraska State Museum – Morrill Hall invites you to be one of the first to preview the new temporary exhibit Guts & Glory: A Parasite Story Friday, April 21, 2017 | 1:30 pm at Morrill Hall, UNL City Campus.
The event will begin with a short program and ribbon cutting followed by an exclusive sneak preview of the exhibit led by museum curator and parasitologist Dr. Scott Gardner. Be one of the first to see this new temporary exhibit at Morrill Hall!
Visitor parking is free in front of the museum. (the loop south of 14th and Vine streets).
Light refreshments will be served. Guts & Glory: A Parasite Story opens to the public Saturday, April 22, 2017. The new temporary exhibit explores the complex relationships of parasites and their hosts. Visitors embark on a journey participating as a scientist to learn the “why” and “how” research is conducted on the most common mode of life on Earth — parasitism.
The ribbon cutting is presented in partnership with the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce.
