The event will be held Thursday, March 21 at the Northeast Community College Learning Center in Norfolk. The keynote speaker will be Joseph Knecht, Co-Founder and Manager Director of Vipa Solutions. Sessions featuring dynamic speakers are broken down into three tracks: Web Sites, Social Media & Basic Business.
