Bizco Technologies has announced they have acquired Business Media, Inc. (BMI) a Lincoln based company with over 25 years in the A/V solutions industry providing audio visual services and solutions including Projectors, Displays, and video conferencing technologies. Although the specific terms of the acquisition are withheld, the acquisition provides for integration of Business Media, Inc., as a business division of Bizco Technologies providing A/V solutions to Bizco’s diverse set of customers in Lincoln and throughout the United States.
Current BMI customers can expect to receive the same exceptional service they have from the BMI team and can now also benefit from the IT solutions the Bizco team can offer. The BMI team will remain on staff and will continue to service current customers. Under the agreement, CEO Bruce Christensen will continue to head the Business Media division under the ownership of Bizco Tehcnologies.
