Cause for Paws is pleased to announce the will be celebrating their three year anniversary on December 8th with in-store specials, drawings and refreshments.
They will also be having their second Fashion Show and Fundraiser on March 2, 2012. The show will be held at the Cornhusker Marriott Grand Ballroom and will feature models (who are their customers) walking the runway with their pets in outfits from the store. The outfits will then be auctioned. They will also have a silent auction with proceeds supporting local and Nebraska animal charities. Hors d’ oeuvres and drinks will be served. Starting in January, tickets can be purchased at Cause for Paws.
Cause for Paws is a re-sale store that carries women’s and juniors clothing, shoes, purses, jewelry, household items and decor and pet products. The items from their store are donated and workers are volunteers. At the end of the month after all of their bills are paid, 100% of their proceeds support local and Nebraska animal charities. To date (three years after opening) over $200,000 has been donated so far.
