Cornhusker Bank is participating in the American Bankers Association “Lights, Camera, Save!” contest.

The video contest encourages youth to use video to communicate the value of saving and inspire others to become smart money managers. To participate, students aged 13-18 can stop by Cornhusker Bank for an entry form and contest details from Nov. 1 through Nov. 30.  A panel of associates from Cornhusker Bank will judge all entries submitted from the bank.  The winning video from the bank will win a $100 gift card and will be submitted to compete on the national level.  Students can win up to $3,000 to fund their savings goal, plus $1,500 for their school at the national level.

Lights, Camera, Save! is a part of the Teach Children to Save campaign, a national movement of volunteer bankers who guide young people towards lifelong savings habits.  Since 1997, the campaign has reached some 5 million young people with the help of more than 100,000 banker volunteers.  Learn more about the contest at lightscamerasave.com.
