Cornhusker Bank celebrates its 110th year in business in August.  Relationships with customers, associates and the community at large have been at the heart of the bank’s operating model for that entire 110 years.   Customer Appreciation Week will begin on Saturday, August 17th, with a free document shredding day from 8:30 to noon in the parking lot at 11th and Cornhusker Highway.  Throughout the week of the 17th through the 24th, the bank will have light refreshments, small gifts, and some surprises for their customers, like window washing through our drive thru lanes on August 21st.  The week will culminate in a free picnic lunch for customers and the community, running simultaneously with their annual Youth Fair on August 24th from 1 to 3 pm.   The Youth Fair includes fingerprinting for children, a petting zoo, a bounce house, fun games and prizes, and a close up look at a real fire truck. This appreciation week gives Cornhusker Bank a chance to celebrate their longevity with their customers and the Lincoln community.

Cornhusker Bank remains Lincoln’s oldest locally owned bank, demonstrating stability, soundness and continued commitment to the success of the valued customers and employees.
