Cowboy Chicken Celebrates 2nd Anniversary

Last month Cowboy Chicken (www.cowboychicken.com) celebrated their two-year anniversary of serving wood fire rotisserie chicken to Lincoln. The restaurant officially opened its doors on November 9th, 2015. Cowboy Chicken is a fast casual concept known for its fresh, never frozen hormone-free wood fire chicken and amazing made-from-scratch sides. Cowboy Chicken provides catering services anywhere in Lincoln and delivers to your office or home within a 7-mile radius of its location at 2801 Pine Lake Rd.

“Lincoln has seen a great deal of growth in the past two years, and we have had our ups and downs during that time. What I have appreciated the most is getting to know our amazing guests and building these relationships, some developing into strong friendships,” says Joe Armstrong, owner of Cowboy Chicken. “I can tell you that I would not have been able to do this without Ronda supporting me and working alongside me to build this business.” Joe and Ronda Armstrong are the owners of Cowboy Chicken. They believe in giving back to their community through many of their charitable events like Cash for a Cause, which to date has raised money for many local organizations, teams, churches, and schools. Their biggest passion is raising money for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life and Strides Against Breast Cancer.
