Mike and Linda Barna are pleased to announce they have recently opened Curio Collective, a retail gift store located at 2120 Winthrop Rd. in Rathbone Village. The shop is proud to honor local artisans, vendors and musicians with at least 50% percent locally-made inventory. It features original artwork by local artists such as Dragonfly Candles, EMY Jewelry, and musicians The Ideal Cleaners, along with a wide range of whimsical gifts, cards, books, jewelry, hats and socks. Fun for all ages is found in the toy and games section, hand-crafted jewelry is displayed in 1950s vintage display cases, and an antique refrigerator and gas oven showcase kitchen and barware items.
Mike and Linda, with their combined 30+ years as retail buyers and managers, opened Curio Collective to provide their customers with a unique and fun shopping experience within a friendly, neighborhood atmosphere.
