HOME Real Estate Honors Top Associates

HOME Real Estate  (www.homerealestate.com) celebrated its top professionals at an awards banquet Feb. 4 at the Country Club of Lincoln.

Greg McCown of the Pine Lake office was named 2015 Realtor of the Year, and Rhonda Dodson of the Pioneer Greens office was the Top Overall Residential Producing and Residential Selling Associate. Mitzi Garthright of the North office was the recipient of the Steve Schleich Community Service Award. 

A new award was introduced this year as a memorial to the late HOME agent, Donna Melichar. Doug Hanna of the Pine Lake office was the first recipient of the Donna Melichar Ultimate Professional Award.

Jeff Johnson of the Cotner office was named Top Overall Residential Listing Associate and had the Most Closed Units by an Associate. Dodson also earned the Most Outgoing Referrals award.

Ann & Al Underwood of the Pine Lake office won the top Couple Awards for residential listings and units, while Paul & Madonna Kardell of the Pioneer Greens office were the top couple for residential sales and new construction. Both the Underwoods and James & Juli Austin of the North Office earned Top Overall Producing Couple Awards for 2015.

The Top Overall Producing Team went to Abby Burmeister & Tiffany Heier of the Pioneer Greens office, and Most Units Closed by a Team awards went to the Searcy Team of the Cotner office.

Each office recognized agents in four different categories. Top Producers in each office were: Jeff Johnson, Cotner office; John Fink, North office; Eric Lemke, Pine Lake office; and Rhonda Dodson, Pioneer Greens office.

Newcomer of the Year awards went to Dayton Spomer at Cotner, Gary Hardt at North, Karen Heinzle at Pine Lake, and Nic Fett of Pioneer Greens. The Top New Construction Associates in each office were Noel Herrington, Cotner; Katie Bugbee, North; Sherri Walker, Pine Lake; and Vern Sorensen, Pioneer Greens. Finally, all the agents in each office voted for a fellow agent who best exemplifies the spirit of the office. Chuck Waldron won the Agent Choice award from Cotner, Mitzi Garthright for North, Don Dahlquist for Pine Lake and Janelle Wise for Pioneer Greens.
