Formerly Lancaster Manor, Lancaster Rehabilitation Center is now owned by Altitude Health Services and offers private and semi-private rooms in their beautifully landscaped and remodeled facility. LRC offers a full range of services including clinical services specializing in memory care, post-stroke rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery programs, post-cardiac rehabilitation, music and speech therapy, physical and occupational therapy, and orthopedic care for injuries and fractures.
