The LHRMA October meeting will be held Tuesday, October 9th from 11:30-3:15 pm. Lunch, which is from 11:30 am-1 pm, will have a presentation on Pay for Performance: A Clear Signal for Retention and Engagement. The workshop, which will be held 1:15-3:15 pm, will be on Competencies, Compensation and Technology, Creating a Foundation for Success in 2012.
The event will take place at Firefighters Hall, 241 Victory Lane.
LHRMA provides Human Resource Management professionals the opportunity to interchange ideas, experiences, and practices while promoting professional ethics and acquaintanceship. The organization is comprised of 350 HR professionals from the greater Lincoln area and welcomes new members.
