The Lincoln Woman’s Club, 407 South 14 Street, Lincoln, is for sale.  The Clubhouse, built in 1952, is a one-story building housing an auditorium which seats 100 people in theater seating, or at tables, a stage with simple sound system, a reception area, a registration area and coat room, a full kitchen, a restroom, a locked office area, and storage areas on the main floor, and a library, two restrooms and a shower/locker room, furnace room, a small apartment and shower room and storage in the lower level.  Twenty-five parking stalls are on the premises. The facility is limitedly handicapped accessible, and can be readily made totally accessible.  The building is faced with the same pink granite that the State Capitol is, and was left-overs from the same lot.
