MōMō Pizzeria & Ristorante recently celebrated a unique culinary milestone, featuring special events during the week of April 13th in honor of Chef Jonah King’s 100-year-old cheese cutter that has been passed down through his family for several generations. Every day special dishes were offered featuring the twelve different cheeses MōMō has on the menu. The Pizza of the Week (P.O.W.) was a Four Cheese Pizza with Mozzarella, Provolone, Romano and house-made Ricotta. The lunch special was a gourmet grilled cheese and for dinner each night, Chef Jonah and his talented staff prepared a Flambe’ Pasta in a Pecorino Romano cheese wheel. Additionally, MōMō revealed several new and returning seasonal dishes in its selection of salads and sandwiches as well as five new pizzas and even brought back the popular Seafood Pizza!

Located in the Preserve Development at Pioneers Boulevard and Lucille Drive in south Lincoln, MōMō is a Neapolitan Hand-Tossed Wood-Fired Stone Hearth pizzeria, restaurant, and bar. The menu changes seasonally with the food sourced as locally as possible, when not from Italy, and always made in-house from scratch by MōMō’s talented chefs. MōMō Pizzeria & Ristorante will surprise you with its redefinition and refinement of the dining experience. For more information, contact Anthony Bonelli at (402) 261-5966.
