Aces Haus of Cuisine, located at 70th and O Street, is excited to announce they will officially open their doors for business on Monday, September 16th.  During their opening week, hours of operation will be managed to 3-10 p.m. with the newly renovated bar staying open until midnight.  Normal hours of operation will be 10:30am-10pm beginning September 21st with Husker Game Day specials.  They have redesigned the floor plan, color scheme and layout, and remodeled the bar area with brand new TV’s, an open and inviting beer garden, family-style main dining room, and a banquet room that can accommodate up to 40 people.

Aces Haus of Cuisine will offer an American-Midwest-style menu that includes delicious versions of classic sandwiches, burgers, pasta, steak and seafood with unique emphasis on specialty menus which include German cuisine and vegetarian fare.  Their vegetarian-based specialty menu focuses on health-based, Arcadia green salads, including the “Jackpot” signature salad with a homemade blueberry vinaigrette dressing, a lentil based taco salad, black bean and cheese enchilada, and their unique spin on the classic grilled cheese and tomato soup.  They will also feature many options for German fare, including dumplings, specialty sausages, stuffed Spätzle (stuffed macaroni and cheese), Sauerbraten (similar to pot roast).
