Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers recently celebrated the 7-year anniversary of opening their doors in Lincoln.  Since opening their first franchise location at 48th & R on July 13, 2006, owners Justin and Jennifer Jones have set out to be active community leaders and have created several annual programs such as Stuff the Bus, Raising Coats with Raising Cane’s and Cell Phones for Soldiers that directly benefit the Lincoln community and have continuously supported many local organizations and individuals throughout the years.

As part of their anniversary celebration, Raising Cane’s at 48th & R underwent a “facelift” for the entire restaurant including exterior stucco painting and mural updating, interior painting, wood resurfacing, new countertops, and resurfaced flooring. During their renovations, the lobby was closed while the drive thru remained open during normal business hours.  The restaurant fully reopened on Friday, July 12th.   To celebrate their new look, re-opening & 7-year anniversary, customers were randomly selected to receive their meals for free as well as given a chance to enter a raffle to win a catered party from Raising Cane’s.

Raising Cane’s has one love — chicken fingers — and focuses its menu offering on fresh, NEVER FROZEN, made-to-order chicken fingers paired with their homemade Cane’s sauce, grilled Texas Toast brushed with garlic butter, creamy Cole slaw and crinkle-cut French fries.
