Soap Laundromat is pleased to announce it has opened on 16th and O and will hold a ribbon cutting on August 28th at 3:00pm with the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce to celebrate.  Soap is located in a restored warehouse that gives it a nice, clean old-style charm and has affordable prices for all their services.  They feature brand new coin-operated machines and have daily attended hours staffed by friendly employees.  They have large, commercial-sized washers and dryers for large items like blankets and comforters and also offer drop-off/pick-up, wash/fold/iron services, pre-paid drop-off services and corporate plans available.

Soap is a family-owned and operated business with close ties to the Lincoln community.  Owner Lynette Waltemath and her family had the idea over a year ago of opening up a Laundromat that would provide a safe, contemporary location that will be convenient and appealing to students and provide specialty services close to down-town that will appeal to shoppers and business people.

They were thrilled to find a location that offered the space they needed and gave them the opportunity to enhance an existing building in the downtown area.
