City Impact is pleased to announce a new volunteer opportunity in the form of its PR Advisory Team. This team is a talented group of marketing/PR professionals who offer free advice to a non-profit to raise awareness. Most communication is by e-mail, with a semi-annual lunch meeting.
City Impact has monthly volunteer opportunities that require very little time, but reap significant rewards, including the new PR Advisory Team opportunity. Other opportunities include: Strengths for Life Mentoring where volunteers meet with an urban youth any time, any place to explore common interests, set up a job shadowing experience or help with the college application process and Good News Guild, a fun group of ambassadors for City Impact who meet monthly for lunch and to help plan special events.
