Nebraska Community Blood Bank: Help Make a Life-Saving Impact

A new partnership was recently announced between Nebraska Community Blood Bank (www.ncbb.org) and Community Health Charities of Nebraska (CHC- NE; www.chcne.org), which now provides those in the Lincoln and Omaha areas with even more ways to support the cause.

“The life-saving mission of Nebraska Community Blood Bank goes hand in hand with the other member charities, supporting those facing chronic illness,” said Ellen DiSalvo, President of Nebraska Community Blood Bank. “We are excited to have the opportunity to further improve lives and engage Nebraskans in sustaining our healthy community. Every day, we are inspired by the stories of how blood and platelet donations from our donors help sustain and save the lives of patients in need. We are excited to see our dedicated donors, proud to wear Nebraska Community Blood Bank t-shirts around the community advocating for blood donation. We are proud of our team members who ensure our organization is able to deliver live-saving blood to meet the needs of our hospital partners. And we are grateful for those who contribute through corporate giving campaigns with CHC-NE.”
