Ninety-two percent of resident and families rated their overall satisfaction with Milder Manor of Lincoln as “Excellent” or “good” in a recent report from a third-party satisfaction survey.
The survey was conducted by MyInnerView, an applied research company providing leaders in skilled nursing, assisted living and senior housing with tools to insure, benchmark and improve performance. MyInnerView contains the largest dataset ever assembled covering resident and family satisfaction in thousands of nursing homes across the country.
Ninety-two percent of those who returned surveys also said that they would recommend Milder Manor to others. MyInnerView created the first material benchmark company performance beyond regulatory compliance and clinical outcome. Each facility can view its own records and compare them to those of its peer groups.
Milder Manor also scored noticeably above the average in many specific areas including: Cleanliness of premises at 98%, safety of the facility at 94%, Respectfulness of staff at 94%, and Religious/spiritual opportunities at 93%.
Milder Manor is one of the 33 facilities owned or managed by the Vetter Health Services (VHS) group of Omaha, Nebraska. The care center’s administrator and staff develop plans to continuously improve their services and facility with support from the VHS network. Operating decisions are made locally to ensure that Milder Manor remains responsive to the needs of its residents and community.
