48 Bowl is pleased to announce that they will be hosting the Junior Achievement of Lincoln Bowl-A-Thon that will be held on February 22nd! Both 48 Bowl Lincoln locations (Parkway Lanes, which is located at 2555 S 48th Street and Hollywood Bowl, located at 920 N 48th Street) will accommodate the event. Individuals and businesses have several opportunities to support this major fundraiser as a team member, a team captain, a company coordinator or a company sponsorship. Each bowler must raise a minimum of $45 from sponsors, family, friends and colleagues in order to get an opportunity to bowl two games and have a good time. Companies can sponsor at three different levels in order to have their names and logos on display at the event and at the JA website.
Hollywood Bowl and Parkway Lanes were established in Lincoln in 1956 and 1959 respectively. Both locations have enjoyed decades of great bowling and are proud to host some of the original leagues of Lincoln.
