The Leadership Institute of CBMC (lincoln.cbmc.com) here in Lincoln currently has five strong Peer Advisory Groups going on a monthly basis. These are groups of 6 to 10 business leaders that meet on a monthly basis to serve as a Christian Board of Directors for each other. The goal is to help Christian business owners/leaders develop businesses of excellence that glorify God. The groups consider real time day-to-day challenges and opportunities that business leaders face in light of scripture and Christian principles. It is the belief of those involved in CBMC that when business is conducted according to biblical principles, everyone benefits.
