Foreman Foundation to Host Golf Tournament on September 23rd

The Foreman Foundation (www.foreman-foundation.com) and Autism Family Network Golf Tournament are teaming up to host a Golf Tournament on Friday, September 23rd at HiMark Golf Course located on 8901 Augusta Drive.  Registration will be held 10:30 – 10:45 am with a shotgun start set for 11:00 am.  Entry fee is $150.00 per person or $600.00 per foursome and includes Box Lunch, Dinner, Golf Cart, Gift Bag, & Flag Prizes.  Each foursome will be paired with a Husker. A pre tournament party will be held on Thursday, September 22nd at the Jasmine Room Grand Manse Building at 129 N. 10th St from 7:00-9:00 pm.

The Foreman Foundation was founded in 2013 by former Nebraska Husker and NFL linebacker, Jay Foreman. Their mission is to enhance the lives of those living with type 2 diabetes and those at risk of developing the disease. The Foundation specifically focuses on providing opportunities to access education and resources, while inspiring prevention through education.
