Interested in seeing your original design in a runway show? Fresh Start will host its 3rd annual Project Funway benefit on Friday, November 2 at the Lincoln Firefighters’ Reception Hall (241 Victory Ln). The event starts at 6:30 P.M.
Local designers can enter the clothing design competition to showcase their garment alongside students in UNL’s Department of Textiles, Merchandising and Fashion Design. The event will include a judged runway show, silent auction, hors d’oeuvres and desserts.

All proceeds will benefit Fresh Start, a non-profit transitional housing program for homeless women offering case management and supportive services. Fresh Start has served 1,200 women in our 20-year history.
