The Lincoln Karate Clinic, located at 237 S. 70th, hosted a Women’s/Teen Girl Safety Seminar on Monday, January 30th. The seminar will covered the basics of self-defense and how you can avoid abduction, assault and sexual assault.

In an effort to reach out to the community the Lincoln Karate Clinic donated a portion of the proceeds from this seminar to the Lincoln Friendship Home.

Friendship Home provides safe, confidential shelter, comprehensive supportive services, and advocacy to battered women and their children.
