Raising Cane’s Works to Stuff the Bus

Raising Cane’s Chic Fingers is partnering with KLKN’s Channel 8 and Latsch’s for its 4th Annual “Stuff the Bus” promotion.

Since 2009, local owners Justin & Jennifer Jones have been able to raise thousands of school supplies for children in need throughout Lincoln Schools. They strive to make an impact on those underprivileged children by helping provide supplies much needed during their impressionable years.  With the partnerships with KLKN and Latsch’s they intend to raise enough school supplies to assure these children have the needed supplies to assist with their education.

Residents are asked to bring new and packaged school supplies to the Raising Cane’s location on corner of 48th & R Streets.

The Lincoln Franchise was opened in 2006 by Justin & Jennifer Jones, who moved to Nebraska from Baton Rouge, LA.  Since opening their location, they have set out to make a change in their community by becoming active community leaders with programs such as this one.
