The Fire Sprinkler Contractors Association of Nebraska (FSCAN) is holding their 8th annual Burn Aid Classic on Friday, September 12th at the Ashland Golf Club in Ashland, NE. This event will raise funds to benefit the Tangier Shriners Transportation Fund, which will be used to support the care that area children receive through the extraordinary actions of the Shriners. The Transportation Fund is a free service to local children in need of burn care. The money raised will help directly support over 350 children, allowing them to receive the necessary care from hospitals by transporting them to and from hospitals four days per week. Registration is now open and all who are interested are welcome to attend! Sponsorship opportunities are also available. Since 1989, FSCAN has sought to bring together people associated with the fire protection industry in order to stay up to date on changes in codes and regulations. FSCAN also focuses on providing educational opportunities to promote fire sprinkler installations as a means of saving lives and property.
