Wilderness Ridge will host a golf fundraiser and Luau for “Donate Life Nebraska” on Friday, June 27th. The golf tournament begins at 5:30 p.m. and the Luau will start at 7:00 p.m. The event is open to the public and participants can play in the golf tournament, enjoy the Luau or both. The Luau will feature Kailua Pork (whole roasted pig) and a variety of Hawaiian dishes in addition to Hula dancers, a Hula Hoop competition, Glow Ball putting contest and limbo.
The cost is $65 for the 9-hole two-person scramble on the Wilderness Ridge Championship Course including admission to the Luau and donation to Donate Life Nebraska. Tickets for the Luau alone are $25. All proceeds from the event benefit Donate Life Nebraska, a not-for-profit organization that educates the public about organ, eye and tissue donation.
