For the month of February, West Gate Bank® employees will let their facial hair grow for a good cause—the People’s City Mission. Men will let their facial hair grow for 28 days from February 1st to February 28th. Women may participate by using creativity to make and display a bearded photo of themselves during the same time period. There is an entry fee and participants will be collecting donations and votes as part of the fundraiser.
Those interested in the Battle of the Beards may stop by one of their seven branches to vote on an individual and/or make a donation to the People’s City Mission. Their website, westgatebank.com, will be updated every two weeks with new photos of our participants. Be sure to check back for fundraiser updates! The fundraiser focuses on the following voting categories:
• Best Beard
• Facial Folically Challenged
• Most Creative Female Beard
• Most Money Raised
