Van Pelt comes to Midwest Bank with over 30 years of experience in agricultural lending. Dave began his career in banking soon after obtaining his degree from the University of Nebraska Lincoln. Understanding the importance of community involvement, Dave has always been a leader and active volunteer in the communities in which he has lived.
