Blome was chosen during a recent ELBA board meeting where officers for 2013 were elected.  Jeremiah Tripp, operations manager at Computer Hardware Inc., was named vice president. Jana McGuire, senior project manager for CMA Consulting in Kansas City, was elected secretary, and Tim Kirkpatrick, co-owner of Office Interiors and Design, was elected treasurer.  Other board members include Jacquie Hirschman, account executive at Husker Promotions, Jeff Machmuller, district manager of New Victorian Hotel Group, Steve McGinnis, senior account executive at Nebraska Printing Center, Matt Smith, general manager of Grandmother’s Restaurant, and Sherry Stock, owner of inMotion Auto Care. The goal of ELBA is to build a dedicated and growing network of people that will enhance the business climate of east Lincoln through networking, promotion, and representation. Lunch meetings are held the third Thursday of each month at Hillcrest Country Club and ELBA hosts quarterly socials with local businesses and other business associations.
