Jaime Henning, Director of Events and Corporate Relations for the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce has earned the designation of Certified Chamber Executive (CCE) from The American Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) The CCE is the only national certification for chamber professionals. The announcement was made Aug. 2 at ACCE’s annual convention in Louisville, KY.

Henning was one of 12 chamber executives in the nation who earned the CCE designation this year and is only the second in the state of Nebraska to earn this distinguished certification.  Since the program was initiated more than 40 years ago, only about 520 individuals have earned this highest designation in the profession.  Henning is a graduate of the Institute of Organizational Management and currently sits on the Board of Regents for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Winter Institute.

The CCE program is designed to assess and test the applicant’s knowledge of the core chamber management areas: management, planning and development, membership and communication, and operations.
