HR Certification includes taking an exam to show mastery of the HR body of knowledge and participating in approved furthering education opportunities to keep the designation. The pass rates for these difficult exams are generally 55% – 65% nationally. Human Resource Certification is the symbol of professional achievement.
Lincoln Human Resource Management Association (LHRMA) provides HR professionals the opportunity for the interchange of ideas, experiences, and methods concerning the relationships between management and employees, and to promote professional ethics and acquaintanceships among those involved in human resource management.
