Richard Grabow recently joined Lincoln Electric System (www.les.com) as manager of Legal Services and Corporate Governance.
Grabow has come to LES from the Lancaster County Attorney’s Office where he served nearly four years as a deputy Lancaster county attorney with the last three years in the office’s Civil Division.
He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Omaha where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he earned his Juris Doctor.
In his current role, he provides legal counsel specializing in the areas of general litigation, employment and labor law, contracts and workers compensation. He also manages the corporate governance and records department staff in leading business processes, corporate governance documentation and records management programs.
