Serendipities Cupcakes is pleased to announce that they have recently promoted Loren Reichwalet to Shoppe Manager in Training. Loren was the first employee the shop hired when they opened last October. She quickly trained to evening shift supervisor and has since grown into an integral part of their management team. Her frosting art, happy personality and willingness to learn and contribute make her the perfect candidate to train to become the shoppe manager/trainer as they work toward building their franchise. Loren has a strong sense of ownership and they are thrilled to have her on our team!
