Nebraska Community Foundation Welcomes Kira Geiger as Creative Specialist

Nebraska Community Foundation (NebraskaHometown.org) is proud to announce the hiring of Kira Geiger as creative specialist, a brand-new position for the growing nonprofit.

As creative specialist, Geiger will craft compelling messaging and design concepts that translate into dynamic marketing, education and training materials to further the Foundation’s mission to build stronger communities and a Greater Nebraska, as well as support the work and needs of 219 Nebraska Community Foundation affiliated funds across the state.

Originally from Seward, Nebraska, Geiger received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Concordia University – Nebraska. Prior to joining NCF, she was the graphics specialist for the Lied Center for Performing Arts for seven years where she enjoyed branding the Lied’s marketing materials each season as much as she loved witnessing the greatest artists in world perform live in Lincoln. Geiger has also served as a graphic designer for TierOne Bank and the HobbyTown USA franchise, as well as an instructor of darkroom photography, and wedding and special events photographer.

Nebraska Community Foundation unleashes abundant assets, inspires charitable giving and connects ambitious people to build stronger communities and a Greater Nebraska.
