NAI FMA Realty is thrilled to announce that executive vice president Richard Meginnis was inducted into Midwest Real Estate News’ (MWREN) Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame, which was published in the December 2011 issue.
The year 2011 marks the second year for the Hall of Fame and this year’s class features 58 commercial real estate professionals from across the Midwest. Meginnis has been active in the Lincoln business community since 1979. He joined NAI FMA Realty in 1990, and immediately began making a positive impact on the firm. Today, he serves as its executive vice president.
Richard Meginnis specializes in industrial and office real estate, and is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. He is responsible for both expanding NAI FMA’s brokerage business and enhancing the company’s reputation in the community.
