Scott Vyskocil of NAI FMA Realty Named 2016 CPM of the Year

NAI FMA Realty (www.naifmarealty.com) is pleased to announce Scott Vyskocil, vice president, property management, has been named the 2016 “CPM of the Year” by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Nebraska Chapter. The award was presented at the chapter’s annual past presidents and award luncheon held on October 20 in Omaha, NE.

Vyskocil joined NAI FMA in 2003 and achieved his CPM designation from IREM in 2007. During his 30 years in the industry, he has attained a broad range of real estate property/asset management experience. He was previously awarded the CPM of the Year in 2008. Vyskocil is currently vice president, property management at NAI FMA Realty. He has managed office, medical office and retail properties throughout the U.S. including a 1.1 million-square-foot enclosed mall. He currently oversees and directs the property management division supporting institutional and private owners of real estate close to 4 million-square-feet.

He is a 2011 past president of the IREM Nebraska chapter and is a current board member and legislative committee chair. In the community, Vyskocil serves on the board of directors for the Capital Humane Society and past chair 2013-2014, serves on the local Better Business Bureau advisory board, 2010-11 past chair and Better Business Bureau corporate board of directors (serving Neb., S.D., Southwest Iowa and Kansas Plains), and also serves on the board for Nebraska Association of Commercial Property Owners. He is a Leadership Lincoln graduate and involved in the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce.
