Strictly Business Magazine Announces New Editor and Executive Assistant

Strictly Business is excited to announce a recent transition and hire within the company.

In August, the Strictly Business team said a sad goodbye to their editor of five years, resulting in the promotion of Hannah Hundley from executive assistant to editor. Hannah joined Strictly Business in February. She gained valuable experience writing press releases, travel series pieces, restaurant exposés, and even took on a few feature stories during her time in the executive assistant role. Additional responsibilities she will assume as editor include managing all of the editorial content for the Lincoln and Omaha publications, which consists of press releases, monthly columns, Client Spotlights, Star/River City Six features, and featured stories.

As Hannah transitioned into the editor role, Strictly Business welcomed Sarah Young to their team in September as the new executive assistant. Originally from Fremont, NE, Sarah has called Lincoln her home for almost five years. She recently graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University, majoring in communication studies and minoring in marketing and art. Over her years in Lincoln, Sarah has been thrilled to work alongside organizations such as, among others, the Lincoln Arts Council, Hear Nebraska, and Spring Creek Prairie Audubon Society as a communication/marketing intern or volunteer. As executive assistant, Sarah will work on both the sales and production sides of the publication, with a variety of responsibilities including client correspondence, account management, event planning, and networking. She is eager to take on the demands of this position and excited to put her education and experience to work at Strictly Business.

Hannah and Sarah can be reached at the Strictly Business office at (402) 466-3330, or via email at Editor@StrictlyBusinessOmaha.com / Office@StrictlyBusinessOmaha.com, respectively.
