Kipp Kissinger, Account Executive with UNICO Financial Services (UFS), recently completed the in-depth training and state licensing exam to qualify for the Life and Health Consulting License. He has 7 years of experience in working with group benefit plans and provides service to more than 100 clients in the region.
Kissinger uses his insurance industry training and experience to partner with clients to design, implement and manage custom employee benefits programs. His focus is to develop strategies and support client decisions that affect their benefits costs, the ability to recruit and retain top talent, and works to reduce workload on their Human Resources department.
