Union Bank & Trust expanded its Mortgage Lending area in Lincoln by welcoming Kelly Hillman, Barb Bulow, Shelley Reimers, and Tami Wolford, all from Mutual of Omaha Bank.

As Vice President—Mortgage Loans, Hillman brings over 15 years of experience to Union Bank. He will lead and direct all mortgage, residential real estate, and construction lending business. Hillman is also responsible for the development of new mortgage origination staff in Lincoln and Omaha. A graduate of the University of Nebraska—Lincoln and Leadership Lincoln Class XVI, Hillman is Past President of Rebuilding Together Lincoln and a member of the Nebraska Mortgage Association and Realtors Association of Lincoln.

Located in Union Bank’s branch at 6801 “O” Street, Reimers has 16 years of mortgage lending experience preceded by 10 years in the title business. A Senior Mortgage Loan Officer, her expertise includes all types of mortgage solutions for owner-occupied and investment properties throughout the United States. Reimers has served the past five years as a member of the Board of Directors for JDRF, and is a past president. Wolford joins Union Bank as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer. Located in Union Bank’s branch at 27th & Pine Lake Road, she specializes in utilizing a variety of home loan programs to suit customers’ unique needs. Wolford graduated from the University of Nebraska-Kearney with a degree in Business Administration and has over 13 years’ experience in mortgage lending.
