The Weitz Company is pleased to announce Senior Vice President Chris Harrison has been named the company’s Nebraska Local Office Leader. In addition, the company recently moved to a new building constructed and owned by Weitz, at 8715 South 121st Street in LaVista.
Harrison, who has been with the company since 1987, has extensive experience in project and construction management. The company appointed him to the Nebraska position in May 2012. Previously, Harrison spent eight years as the Senior Vice President of Business Development for Weitz Iowa.
Harrison is a board member of the Sarpy County Economic Development Corporation and is a member of the 2012-13 class of the Omaha Executive Institute. He is a graduate of Iowa State University with degrees in civil engineering and construction engineering.
