West Gate Bank’s Board of Directors has elected Tana Wagener Human Resources and Training Officer.
Wagener’s new position encompasses payroll administration, new employee orientation, benefits review and communication, and new-hire training for all West Gate bank employees.
Wagener has been with West Gate Bank since 2010, where she began working as a Teller Supervisor at West O. In March 2011, she moved to West Gate Bank Center in a Human Resources and Training capacity. Wagener has 12 years of banking experience including seven years in training.
