P&L Technology, Inc. has announced that Jarryd Anderson and Jayson Brown have joined its Network Operations Center in Omaha.
Anderson has been hired as a support administrator to provide technical support to clients, configure hardware, software, point of sale items, cell phones and more. In addition, Anderson will research client work environments to enable development of customized support solutions.
Brown has joined the company as a systems engineer, providing troubleshooting assistance to technicians in analyzing systems and network issues. He will be focusing on solving advanced issues relating to technical hardware, network connectivity, server operating systems, Microsoft SQL and Exchange systems and line-of-business applications including Backup Exec, Event Log errors, and Monitoring system notifications. In addition he will work on long term projects and goals for specific clients, providing high level client care to end-users.
