P&L Technology, Inc. has announced that Jacob Molko has recently passed his second Microsoft certification exam. As a result, he is now a certified Microsoft Enterprise Desktop Support Technician.
As an IT Support Field Technician at P&L Technology, Inc., Molko currently troubleshoots and resolves various PC hardware, software and network issues within client environments. He also handles special projects.
The exams he passed include: Microsoft 70-271: Supporting Users and Troubleshooting a Microsoft Windows XP Operating System and Microsoft 70-272: Supporting Users and Troubleshooting Desktop Applications on a Microsoft Windows XP Operating System.
In addition, Jennifer Dubas has joined P&L Technology’s Network Operations Center in Omaha as an Administrative Assistant. She is a CPA and was previously employed by Arthur Anderson doing public audit work. In addition, she held a position as Director of Accounting Information Systems at CSG in Omaha.
