From the very beginning, it was a goal of PNG to not only grow in the community in regards to the number of teammates, but to grow in the community as an asset that gives back.  PNG was able to give back to Lincoln again by donating 40 fans to the Center of People in Need on a 97-degree day.

It was brought to PNG’s co-owner Jason Lemon’s attention that the Center for People in Need had a waiting list over 40 deep of people in serious need for fans because of the recent heat wave.  He acted quickly and through the help of all six PNG groups in Lincoln, was able to collect enough money to purchase 40 fans.  These fans were then handed out to families and individuals needing help combating the peaking heat.

PNG is teaming up with another non-profit later this month.  On September 16th at Hi-Mark Golf Course, PNG is hosting a golf scramble where the proceeds will go to SCORE.  SCORE is an educational resource for individuals looking at starting their own business.  SCORE will lead them through each component of start up and place them with individuals that can help make their dream a reality.  Anyone in the community is invited to play in the scramble benefiting SCORE.
