Bob and Mary Ann Sprague opened Sprague Roofing Company on April 2nd 1961.
Bob Sprague began shingling houses on a subcontract labor basis for Sears and Montgomery Wards. Mary Ann ran the office and kept the books. Their son Greg Sprague upon graduating from the University of Nebraska in May of 1979 joined his parents in the family roofing business.
Today, Sprague Roofing’s business is built around commercial, industrial and institutional low slope roofing. Sprague Roofing does both reroofing and new construction low slope roofing, roof repair, roof maintenance and sheet metal work in Lincoln, Omaha and Eastern Nebraska.
