The Lincoln Association of Health Underwriters held their annual awards luncheon at Hillcrest Country Club on July 27, 2011. The highlight of the awards celebration was the presentation of $4,000 to the BryanLGH Foundation. The funds for this contribution were raised during the LAHU golf tournament held June 16, 2011.
The LAHU Awards Luncheon is held each year to recognize local insurance professionals who volunteer to help their peers stay at the top of their profession. Dennis Butler, President of Associated Benefit Advisors/Daubert & Butler Associates, was recognized as the ‘Underwriter of the Year’.
In addition, the Board of Directors was sworn in for the coming year. Members of the LAHU Board of Directors are: Dennis Butler, Ryan Swinton, Mark Sloan, Angela Hogan, Mike Gray, Brian McPike, Cortney Ray, Sandy Ryan, Cathy Dorenbach, Rich Hill, Pat Hoefener, JJ Green.
