Union Bank & Trust recently promoted Chad Thies to Assistant Vice President—Human Resources.
With 12 years of Human Resources experience, Thies is responsible for Union Bank’s employee relations and employee recruitment. He also leads the Wellness program for the bank’s 800-plus employees. Thies is a member of Union Bank’s Management committee and Compliance committee.
He is active in the community as Treasurer of the WorkWell Board of Directors; member of the Lincoln Human Resources Managers Association (LHRMA); member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM); and is a member of Christ Lutheran Church.
